Shipping

For online orders Copper Moon Apothecary accepts Visa, MasterCard and PayPal. In order for us to deliver your purchase in the most efficient way possible, we ask that you fill out all requested information accurately and completely. All online orders will be processed and shipped within 5 to 7 business days excluding holidays and weekends based on inventory and stock. *ORDERS PLACED IN NOVEMBER AND DECEMBER* may take up to three weeks to ship. Please plan accordingly WE ARE NOT AMAZON PRIME.  We are real people with families and lives creating a small batch organic product with love and intention.  There is no such thing as "free shipping" Free Shipping just means the cost of shipping has been rolled into the cost of the product. We do not fool you with "annual membership dues" that give you free shipping.  The cost of shipping is calculated by UPS based on weight and distance of package destination. The majority of our products are packaged in  glass and require adequate packing material to prevent breakage. You will receive a tracking number from ishipservices (ups) when your order has shipped. If you have not received a tracking number then your order has not yet shipped.  Delivery for Christmas cannot be guaranteed on orders placed after December 10th.

Occasionally we run short of stock on a particular item due to the nature of crafting in small batches to ensure quality. You will be notified promptly and given the option to cancel the order or have it filled when inventory is replenished.

Returns and Order Cancellations

A 50% restocking fee will be applied to all orders canceled after 6 hours of the purchase time. If your order is received with any shortages please contact Copper Moon Apothecary immediately. All discrepancies, shortages, broken merchandise, and any requests for returns must be made within 30 days of the issued invoice date. Any requests for compensation or remediation will not be accepted after 30 days of the invoice date.

If for any reason you are not happy with the products you received, please send them back within 30 days of purchase for a full refund.
